What Transmission do I need?
This can be a confusing decision. Some company's advertise their base unit with lots of options leaving the customer's head spinning trying to decide what they need. This is great for the builder. You buy less than you need and hey its your problem. This leaves the builder unaccountable for your decision. We have done the work for you. We advertise the transmission model of your choice in stages. Transmission Stages are prepackaged transmission builds for HP levels to help you decide what level of parts are needed. We understand that most customers have no idea what is needed in a TH400 or 2004R or any other transmission to handle given HP or Torque for reliably of the unit. We have years of experience building the automatic transmission. We know what works and what does not. I have added 2 sections to dissect the transmission stages to help you decide. Armed with the answer to the questions below you can make an informed decision as to how much transmission you need.
